Job Description
- Responsible for low level solution designing, implementing, customizing and troubleshooting through the lifecycle of a project
- Provide L2,L3 support for customers on 24×7 basis and maintain records of each of the support tickets
- Provide support for the POC and product demonstrations at customer sites
- Continuous learning and research on latest technologies and trends in the technology domain
- Maintain proper documentation for deployment and support work performed
- Maintain the required industrial certifications as assigned by the team leads
- Ensure delivery of client and corporate implementation and support objectives
- Bi-Annual Review of installed solutions for best practises
- Ensure delivery of client and corporate implementation and support objectives
- Provide other functions with support beyond scope of responsibilities in order to achieve common organizational goal
Person Specification
- Undergraduate or above in Cyber Security domain Experience Checkpoint/PaloAlto solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
