About the Role

As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for implementing security measures to protect our systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. You will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, oversee security operations, and ensure compliance within a regulated environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in implementing and maintaining security measures
- Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities
- Implement security solutions to address identified threats
- Coordinate incident response and manage data breach situations
- Stay up-to-date on the latest intelligence and industry trends in cybersecurity
- Conduct regular security awareness training for employees
- Report regularly to senior management on security measures and any breaches
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory cybersecurity requirements
What You’ll Need
- Experience building security teams
- Proven work experience as a Cybersecurity Manager or similar role within the software/finance industry
- Strong knowledge of various cybersecurity frameworks and standards
- Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, and data encryption
- Strong understanding of risk management and incident response procedures
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Bonus Points
- Experience in Fintech or other regulated industries
- Advanced security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
- Hands-on experience with cloud security and DevSecOps practices
