About the team:
The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers WW. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok Shop.

TikTok Shop is seeking a hands-on and strategic Product Manager to lead loyalty and retention initiatives, including the development of user benefit programs and subscription-like offerings. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of customer loyalty on the platform—crafting packages that reward high-value users and building the foundational systems to drive repeat purchases.

Responsibilities:
– Define and own the product roadmap for loyalty programs, subscription-like features, and exclusive user benefits.
– Translate business strategy into product specs that enhance retention and long-term user value.
– Partner with Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to launch pilots and refine loyalty mechanisms based on performance.
– Deeply understand user segments and design differentiated packages to maximize satisfaction and frequency.
– Monitor retention KPIs, feedback loops, and competitor strategies to evolve our loyalty offering over time.
