We are looking for IT Partner Professional
Liaise with corporate IT teams to align project goals & business requirement with Siemens standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement robust security measures, safeguarding the IT infrastructure against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, overseeing vendor procurement, delivery, and installation to ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Provide ongoing IT operations support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization, to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and services.
• Coordinate with development teams and vendors to implement new IT applications, overseeing deployment, testing, and user training to facilitate seamless integration and adoption.
• Prepare IT activity project plans and circulate them to stakeholders, IT leaders, and the project team.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and external partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive plans for the implementation of IT infrastructure components, including networking equipment, servers, storage systems, and critical hardware/software.
• Prepare IT activity project plans and circulate them to stakeholders, IT leaders, and the project team.
• Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure proficient usage and management of IT resources.
• Manage escalations by coordinating with vendors or corporate IT teams to ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues.
• Communicate updates and resolutions to end-users in a clear and timely manner, maintaining transparency and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify recurring issues and implement proactive solutions to improve user experience.
You’d describe yourself as:
• Bachelor/master’s in computer science (or equivalent).
• Manage a diverse portfolio (Infrastructure and Application) of projects, prioritizing based on business objectives and resource availability.
• Analyze new IT application requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate with Corporate IT and SRE teams for Network Architecture Design, deploying network architectures tailored to the facility’s needs, considering scalability, security, and performance optimization.
