We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Visualizer to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven professional with a strong background in designing and developing advanced data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Tableau. This role requires a deep understanding of data mining techniques, cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, and big data tools like Azure Databricks and PySpark. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in translating complex data sets into insightful and visually compelling dashboards that drive business decision-making.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced interactive dashboards and visual analytics using Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Tableau.
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights through intuitive visual storytelling and user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to source, cleanse, and transform data from disparate systems into usable formats for visualization.
• Conduct in-depth data mining and analysis to support business objectives and deliver actionable insights.
• Implement visualization best practices for layout, performance, and user interaction to enhance user experience.
• Work on Microsoft Azure data services including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse to support big data analytics and cloud-based reporting.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data for visualization.
• Utilize PySpark and Databricks for data transformation and integration as part of the visualization pipeline.
• Ensure scalability and performance of dashboards and reports, especially for enterprise-level data.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Communicate complex analytical insights effectively to stakeholders across various business units.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a data visualization or business intelligence role.
• Expertise in developing dashboards using Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Tableau.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem, especially Azure Databricks.
• Proficient in SQL for data querying, transformation, and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark for big data processing and analysis.
• Deep knowledge of data mining techniques, trend analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and large-scale data warehousing concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Power BI, Qlik, or Azure Data Engineering.
• Prior experience in a cloud-first or digital transformation environment.
• Experience working in agile development teams or cross-functional data teams.
